i smell like camp...as i got home about 2 and a half hours ago...
i went to ADULT CAMP!!!!! yeah its true, adult camp for coaching and it was a giant party every night and it was the most fun i had all summer, twas beyond amazing! and now i'm home, with a schedule for school sitting in front of me:
First sem:

i've been going to my camp for 5 years, and this year was the most different experience in all that time. firstly i came home a week early, a slight camp detour because i may have a stress fracture in my wrist. so i'm home for a week and then back at camp next week. a quick discovery while i was there:
gymnastics camp is no fun when you can't do anything on your right arm.
ah well, next week i get to meet carly patterson who won the olympics for gymnastics!! so there's a grand ol reason for switching weeks right there.
anyway my past week was filled with partial gymnastics, go karting (small accidents there), swimming, pokering with candy (i was on fiya thursday night) and ropes courses with mysterious good looking guys. it was good, while i iced my wrist i got to watch the guy gymnasts work out haha!
anyway now i'm back for a week, unexpectedly.

Seeing people was fun so thanks for a good night. A bunch of us went to see the Laramie Project and honestly I have never been so proud to be part of AY because not only did we measure up to this pro academy, but I think we were so much more real and better and younger and fresher...
I went driving yesterday, drove home all the way from Finch. I'm not bad, i just get nervous when my mom flinches everytime i even slightly push on the accelerator. Ah well, on monday i have another lesson with my instrictor from driving school who speaks so fast with such a strong accent in a car that definitely does not have air conditioning.
A week to go until I'm off to camp, I have a feeling i'll be running around all week until i leave and i'm pretty disappointed that so far my entire summer has been spent entirely sober. so when i get back whoevers around should be prepared to PARTY! mmm..party. ah well, even sober my summer has still been really good so far. filled with dinners and movies and writing and plays and driving and gymnastics, it's been good.

I love how i can stay home all day by myself, and feel so accomplished. So happy am i to just vedge and do nothing in the comforts of my pj's in my house...and yet i don't feel like i did nothing. i feel like i did so much, so many overdue things that i can only get from staying at home all day.
no one needs to read the next part, i just need to write it...

Hey guys, On Saturday June 17th i have a show at my gym and it's an open house. If anyone wants to come then come talk to me cuz we're trying to get as many people as we can. There will performances (so lots of flips and cool stuff) and apparantly you get to play on the equipment too a bit... so come!!! it's only 2 bucks to get in and we can figure out rides and stuff, but first let me know if you're interested. April's almost over. When will be the next time? When will be the best time? When can I get the words out that sit in the middle of my chest and hide in the comforts of my mind? Should I? or not? Does anyone know? because if they do then please, let me know... Listening to the one song that reminds me the most, I revel at how life works. This particluar song just happens to come on at this very moment. The very moment that I'm thinking, and wondering, and longing. When did I get like this? I don't do this often, but sometimes you just have to let it out. In whatever way it comes, no matter who sees or what they think. and sometimes you mean for people to see, you do let them in, you do want them... and you can't be blamed for it.
